Everything in the shelter dashboard is reached from the left navigation. Your shelter's logo is at the top left and **Sign out** is at the top right. | Menu item | What it's for | | --- | --- | | Dashboard | Adoption and survey stats at a glance | | Adoptions | The Adoptions List, your starting point for post-adoption support | | Check-Ins | Survey check-ins your adopters have submitted | | Org Profile | Your business and contact info, sites, logo, and web and social links | | User Management | Invite and manage your shelter's staff (Super Admin only) | | Integrations | Your connection to ShelterLuv, PetPoint or ShelterBuddy | | Packet | Adoption packet documents and links | | Providers | Local partners and national brands you recommend | | Need help? | Petszel support resources | **To open a pet or adopter:** click **Adoptions**, then click a pet's name to open its profile, or an adopter's name to open their profile. Click **Back** at the top left of any profile to return to the list. **Why you might not see every menu item** What you see depends on the role your Super Admin gave you. For example, Medical and Behavior Staff see Adoptions and the profiles but not Integrations, and only a Super Admin sees User Management. Roles also set your default filters, such as a medical topic for Medical Staff, but you can still change the filters to see every record.
