How do I know my Hill's automated reporting is live?

This section explains how to know when your shelter is fully connected for automated reporting, what confirmation to look for, and what to do in the meantime so your Hill’s benefits stay uninterrupted.

Once the necessary information is entered, the Petszel team will validate the data and when everything is running smoothly, we’ll email you confirmation with the subject "Update - your Hill's reporting is now automated." Your data is not connected until you receive this confirmation.
