[Adopter Hub](https://support.petszel.com/en-us/sheltersupport/adopter-hub?hsLang=en-us) # How do I view and update a pet parent profile? ## See an adopter's contact details and survey history, and update their contact information or email. The pet parent profile shows an adopter's contact details, every pet they've adopted from you, and their survey history. Open it by clicking the adopter's name: hover a row on the Adoptions List, or click their name in a pet's Household or Check-ins section. | Section | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Header | Name and Person ID (with a copy icon) | | Contact details | Email, phone, address, preferred contact method and language, and each contact method's opt-in status | | Survey History | Each pet they've adopted, with adoption date, location, a tag such as Current or Surrendered, and check-in icons | | Household | All pets currently in the home that have Petszel accounts | | Internal Notes | Staff-only notes about this adopter | **Update contact details** 1. Click **Edit** (pencil icon) at the top right. 2. Update the name, phone, or address. 3. Click **Save**. Changes apply to Petszel only, not your shelter software. **Update an adopter's email** An adopter's email is also how they sign in to Petszel, so changing it asks you to confirm. 1. Click **Edit**, then change the **Email** field. 2. Click **Save**. A message explains that the adopter will need to use the new email to sign in. 3. Click **Confirm**. Surveys and messages go to the new address from then on.
