How Can I Create a Password?

Petszel makes it easy and secure to access your account using a passwordless login link, also known as a “magic link.” This link is emailed to you and allows one-click access to your account—no password needed as long as you use that link to log in.

If you’d prefer to log in with a password in the future, you can set one up anytime once you’re logged in.

• Check your inbox for a welcome email from “Petszel”

• Click the magic link to log in instantly
  (A magic link is a one-time secure login link that gives you direct access to your account—no password needed.)

🔧 How to Create a Password

Once you're logged in:

• Click Manage Account from the menu on the left

• Scroll to Account Information

• Select Create Password

• Enter and confirm your new password

• Click Save

You’ve now created a password that you can use to log in directly at https://app.petszel.com.

💡 Tip: Even after creating a password, you can still log in with a magic link anytime if that’s more convenient.
