  6. Click the arrow next to any document to download it to your device.

What You May Find in Your Adoption Packet

Depending on what your shelter provided, your adoption packet may include:

  • Vaccine history

  • Medical records or treatment notes

  • Spay/neuter confirmation

  • Microchip information (also available in your Pet's Profile)

  • Behavior notes or care instructions

  • Any additional shelter-provided documents

Tips

  • If you adopted multiple pets, each pet’s documents will be stored separately in their own profile.

  • Download and save important documents to your personal files for easy access during vet visits or emergencies.

Summary

Your adoption packet and medical records are stored together in the Documents section of your pet’s profile in Petszel. If your shelter uploaded them, you can download everything with just a click.
