Steps to Update Your Phone, Email, and Other Details

  1. Find your welcome email or text from “Petszel” and click the “my pet parent app” link to log into your account.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to Manage Account on the left-hand side menu.

  3. To update your physical address or phone number, click Edit under Contact Info.

  4. To change your email address, select Change Email under Account Information.
