Steps to Update Your Phone, Email, and Other Details

  1. Find your welcome email or text from “Petszel” and click the “Pet Owner App” link to log into your account.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to Account on the left-hand side menu.

  3. To update your physical address or phone number, click Edit under Human Info.

  4. To change your email address, click Edit in the Login Details section
