You can update your contact details anytime by logging into your Petszel account and editing your information under Manage Account.

How to Update Your Contact Information on Petszel

Need to update your name, mailing address, phone number, or email? You can manage your contact info directly in your Petszel account in just a few steps.

Update Name, Address, or Phone Number

  • Log into your Petszel account

  • Go to Manage Account

  • Click Edit under Contact Information

  • Update your name, mailing address, or phone number

Update Your Email Address

  • In Manage Account, find the Account Information section

  • Click Change Email

  • Enter your new email and confirm the change
