How do I know if my pet needs to go to the ER or in-person care?
For emergencies, visit the ER—our team helps assess everything else.
If your pet is having difficulty breathing uncontrolled bleeding, ongoing seizures, collapse, severe pain, or any other life-threatening emergency, go to the nearest emergency clinic immediately.
Signs like persistent vomiting or diarrhea, sudden limping, or changes in behavior may or may not require immediate in-person care but should be evaluated. If you are unsure, our telehealth team can help assess your pet’s condition and guide you on the next steps.
