How to Manage Your Communication Preferences on Petszel

Want to control which updates you get from Petszel or your adoption organization? You can easily manage your communication preferences right from the app—whether you're using a phone, tablet, or laptop.

Accessing Communication Preferences

• On a mobile device: Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner

• On a laptop or tablet: Use the left-side navigation menu

• Select Communication Preferences

Turning Notifications On or Off

• Simply toggle the switch next to each communication type

💡Tip: Staying subscribed ensures you don’t miss important updates and post-adoption surveys from your shelter or rescue—many of which help improve support for you and your pet.

You’re always in control—and you can change your settings anytime!

• We provide a link in all emails where you can easily opt out.
• You also have the option to text STOP to discontinue texts at any time.
