We’re here to support you and your new pet every step of the way! After your adoption, you’ll receive a few quick check-in surveys through the Petszel platform. These are designed to help us understand how things are going and ensure both you and your new companion are adjusting well.

📅 Your Post-Adoption Survey Schedule

🗓 Day 1 – Quick Check-In

• A few short questions to see how your first day is going

• Helps your shelter or rescue offer timely support if needed

🗓 Week 1 – Settling In

• Now that you’ve had a few days together, we’d love to know how things are going

• Share what’s going well and anything you might need help with

🗓 Month 1 – Building Your Bond

• By now, you’re getting to know each other better

• Let us know how your relationship is growing and if you have any questions

🗓 Month 3 – The “Rule of 3” Check-In

• Many pet behavior experts talk about the “Rule of 3” — the idea that pets adjust gradually over 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months

• At this milestone, we’ll check in one more time to make sure everything’s on track
