Accessing Your Pet’s Vaccines and Medical Records: All in One Place

You can easily view your pet’s medical records in Petszel right from your pet’s profile in just a few clicks.

How to Access Your Pet’s Medical Records on Petszel

Petszel makes it easy to view your pet’s medical records—if your shelter or rescue has uploaded them as part of your adoption packet.

Where to Find Vaccine and Medical Records

  1. Log into your Petszel account

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Pet Profile

  3. Click on your pet’s photo to open their full profile

  4. Scroll down to the Documents section and look for Medical Records

  5. Click on the arrow to Download the records to your device.

✨Note: Not all shelters and rescues upload medical records, so availability may vary by organization.

Rabies Certificate Not Included

At this time, Petszel does not host Rabies Vaccine Certificates.
To obtain or maintain your certificate, please contact your shelter or rescue directly.
