Automated reporting is optional, free, and flexible. You can opt out at any time.

 No — enrolling in automated reporting does not lock you into a contract with Petszel, and it is not required to remain in the Hill’s Food, Shelter & Love Program. 

There is:

  • No long-term commitment
  • No required Petszel product purchase
  • No penalty for opting out later

If you start the signup form and decide not to continue, nothing happens — no data is shared and nothing is activated. You’re never agreeing to something you don’t fully understand.

You remain in control the entire time and do retain the option to continue manual reporting at any time.
