Setting up Shelterluv

To set up Petszel integration in Shelterluv, all you have to do is request an API key, then add the new user information to the Petszel dashboard.

🔹 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Generate an API key

  1. To generate an API key, reach out to the Shelterluv team through this form. They will email you an API key.
    1. When completing the form, in the section that asks for "Provider/ Website" select "Other". 
    2. In the "Description" field, select "Petszel"

✅ Step 2: Submit your API key to Petszel.

  1. You can do this two ways:
    1. Input API key in designated box in the onboarding wizard.
    1. Log in to your Petszel dashboard with the username and password you signed up with.
      1. Go to Integration Settings > Add Integration

        1. In the flyout menu, select Shelterluv from the Shelter Management Software dropdown. Enter API key:
        2. Click Validate. Then Save.
