Yes - You will need to manually report data prior to and through your go-live date (including the go-live date itself). For example, if you receive confirmation from Petszel that your HFSL data automation is live on 1/16/26, then you should manually report all data from 1/1/26-1/16/26. After that, you do not need to continue manually uploading reports or submitting adoption numbers to the Hill’s portal.
