Error: “Shelter Details Did Not Match” — what does this mean?

This usually means one of your identifiers (Shelter ID/SAP number/Sold-To number or address) doesn’t match what Hill’s has in their records. Please reach out to support@petszel.com with a screenshot of this error, and we can quickly make some adjustments on our end.
