Error: “Shelter Not in System” — what should I do?

This typically means Hill’s doesn’t yet have your shelter record linked in their database - this can happen with shelters that are new to the Hill’s Food Shelter Love program. Contact Petszel support at support@petszel.com and we’ll coordinate with Hill’s to resolve it.
