How Can I View Survey Results?

Shelters and rescues can log into their dashboard to view, analyze, and download survey results, helping them better support adopters after placement

 

Want to check in on how adopters are doing after bringing home a pet? Petszel makes it easy to access survey responses right from your shelter or rescue dashboard. You’ll get a clear view of post-adoption success, satisfaction, and where support may be needed.

Logging In to Your Shelter Dashboard

  • Go to your Petszel Shelter Dashboard

  • Sign in using the email address you registered with

  • In the "By Survey" section, click “Visualize” next to the survey you want to review

💡 Tip: Don’t have access yet? Email us at support@petszel.com with your name and email — we’ll get you added!

Viewing and Downloading Results

  • The default Dashboard View gives you visual summaries

  • Click Table View to see individual adopter responses

  • Select Download to export all results from that survey type as an Excel file

✨ Reminder: You can also go to Surveys on the left-hand menu to access the same options and see previews of each survey.

What You Can Do with Survey Data

  • Track adopter satisfaction and engagement

  • Identify trends or concerns needing follow-up

  • Strengthen your post-adoption support program
