How do I get invited to my organization's Petszel account?

When a Super Admin adds you as a staff member, you'll get an email inviting you to join your organization on Petszel. The email includes a "Complete Profile" button and lets you know the invite expires in 24 hours, so it's best to complete setup right away.

Setting up your account

  1. Open the invite email and click "Complete Profile."
  2. You'll be prompted to create a password for your Petszel account.
  3. Once set up, you'll land directly in your dashboard with the permissions your Super Admin assigned to you.

If your invite has expired

Invites are only valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, contact your Super Admin to send a new one.

If your invite has already been used

If you've already completed setup and try to use the same invite link again, you'll see a message letting you know your account already exists, just head to the regular sign-in page instead.

Trouble accessing something?

If you click into a page and see a message saying you don't have permission, that's expected; it means that area isn't included in your assigned role. Reach out to your organization's Super Admin if you think you should have access.
