How do I find my brand shelter ID?

Learn how to find your Hill’s Brand ID/Sold-to number, for the Hill's Food, Shelter, Love program. Step-by-step guide to logging in and locating it in your portal.

For the Hill's Food Shelter Love Program, your Brand Shelter ID is your "Sold-To" account number. You can find this in your Hill's Shelter Portal.

1. Login to your Hill's Shelter Portal https://www.hillspet.com/food-shelter-love/my-shelter/shelter-profile

2. Click the Menu in the top left ( ☰ ) and scroll down to "Account"

3. Once on the "Account Information" page, scroll down to the "Billing Information" section. Here you will want to copy the "Account Number" (seen in example below)
