Petszel TeleAdvice is branded to your shelter and tailored to your preferences, routing adopters to your team or trusted local partners based on your onboarding responses for a seamless, shelter-specific experience.
Petszel's TeleAdvice service is branded to your shelter, and we customize support based on your preferences. During onboarding/the survey, we’ll ask you a few quick questions about your standard operating procedures — for example, whether your shelter provides medical support during the first two weeks after adoption. Based on your responses, we set up the system to route adopters according to your wishes: either back to your organization (if you want) or to one of your recommended local providers. In addition to recommending your local partners, we integrate in any of their programs, like VCA Healthy Start. This way, adopters get a seamless, shelter-specific experience, and you stay in control of how and when support is provided.
