Understanding Your Monthly Survey Summary Email
Each month, Petszel sends your organization an email summarizing your adopter survey activity from the previous month to help you stay informed about how adopters are engaging with your post-adoption support—and shows the progress your shelter is making over time.
What This Email Is
The monthly email provides a concise summary of how many surveys your adopters completed across every stage of your shelter-branded post-adoption journey. You’ll see two key metrics for each survey:

Completed Last Month – How many adopters submitted that survey in the last calendar month

Completed All Time – Total number of completed surveys since you joined Petszel
