What does "Information not provided" mean?
Learn why some adopters appear without contact details and how to start supporting them.
"Information not provided" means the adopter didn't opt in to post-adoption support at checkout. Your shelter software shared the animal and the adoption with Petszel, but not the person. This is expected and isn't an error.

What it means for support
- These adopters don't get surveys, because there's no email or phone, so their check-ins stay Not Taken.
- Messaging is turned off for them.
- You can still set a triage status, assign someone and add internal notes.
Start supporting the adopter: if you have their email, open the pet parent profile and click Add Email. Once it's saved, surveys and messages can reach them.
