What happens to our historical data?

Automated reporting only applies going forward and does not change or backfill past data. Any historical corrections still go through Hill’s, and your reporting history remains unchanged.

Automated reporting sends new adoption data going forward. It does not backfill or overwrite historical adoption data.

Hill’s will continue to have access to any reports you previously submitted manually.

If you need to correct a past reporting issue, that process still goes through Hill’s — not Petszel.

Nothing about your reporting history is changed.
