What if an adopter already has a regular veterinarian?
Think of us as your adopters’ first call, not their forever doc! While we don’t loop in their regular vet automatically, adopters can easily share transcripts and book follow-ups on their own.
Our service is designed as an immediate support tool. We do not automatically share our teleadvice communications with an adopter’s existing veterinarian. However, adopters can download conversation transcripts and share them with their vet as needed. Likewise, appointment bookings with a regular veterinarian must be arranged directly by the adopter.
